Mr. Mack is a seasoned legal practitioner with expertise in both civil and criminal litigation, with over three decades of legal experience. He has handled complex cases that have contributed significantly to Botswana’s legal jurisprudence. His experience spans financial crimes at both national and international levels, criminal prosecution, high-stakes civil litigation, legal advisory for government bodies, and notarial and conveyancing services. He is recognized for his legal precision, courtroom tenacity, and deep knowledge of Botswana’s legal system.

Mr. Mack began his legal career at the Attorney General’s Chambers, where he rose to the role of Principal State Counsel. In 1996, he was seconded to the Crown Prosecution Services (formerly the Directorate of Public Prosecutions) and the Serious Crime Office in London, where he gained extensive international legal exposure.

In January 2000, he co-founded Mack Bahuma Attorneys with Isaac Bahuma. Since then, he has continued to lead the firm with passion and commitment, representing clients in landmark cases across Botswana’s judicial system.
