Mr. Thaba is a specialist in Public Procurement Law and plays a key role in the firm’s civil and commercial litigation practice. His core areas of focus include public procurement law, civil litigation, corporate and commercial law, labour and employment law, debt collection, and compliance and procurement advisory. He has appeared before all Courts in Botswana, including the Magistrate Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, and Tribunal Bodies. His exposure under the mentorship of Mr. Unoda Mack has shaped his deep understanding of local legal practice.
